My order came in no time, but one of the pieces was wrong. I contacted customer service and they responded promptly and sent me the correct piece. Very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend! Haven't used the boot covers yet, but they look great and seem to be great quality!

The Multi Tube was perfect in every way, Whistler mandates face covering so easy kept face warm,extra long as some are so short on neck.
