1-YEAR WARRANTY ON NEW WARMBOOT BOOT COVERS STRAP 

If your product is not damaged and the strap of your WarmBoot boot covers has suffered abnormal wear, please contact us at hello@koll.life to find out how to claim this warranty. 

If you purchased your WarmBoot Boot Covers before December 31, 2021, please contact us at hello@koll.life to find out how to claim this warranty. 

 

REFUND POLICY 

You can obtain a refund for defective products if we receive your items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at hello@koll.life for more details. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY
